In-Person Services:

- A 50% deposit is required upon booking, which will be deducted from the total cost on the day of your appointment.
- If you need to reschedule or cancel, please contact Naomi so she can transfer your deposit to your new date.
- If you provide less than 24 hours' notice, your deposit will be retained, and a new one will be required for your next appointment.
- Failure to show up for your appointment without contacting Naomi will result in the remainder of the appointment being charged to the card on file.
- There is a ten-minute late policy for all appointments; you will be rescheduled, and your deposit will not be transferred to a new date.
- Naomi reserves the right to refuse service to any client at any time.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Strategy Call Service:

- Payment is required in full upon booking.
- If you are unable to attend your scheduled call, please provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule.
- Failure to provide adequate notice will result in forfeiture of the call as well as the payment. If you wish to rebook, a new payment will be required.
- No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.
