Mornington Beauty offers brows and lashes services, as well as the digital product "Beyond Likes" (the "Product"). The Product is an eBook and is available for purchase and download through the website.
Payment Terms
Payment for services and the Product must be made in full at the time of booking or purchase. Mornington Beauty accepts payment through Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, and Shop Pay and Acuity Scheduling link.
Booking and Cancellation Policy
For in-person services, appointments must be booked in advance through the website. Mornington Beauty requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
Product Delivery
The Product is delivered digitally through the website. After purchase, you will receive an email with instructions on how to download the eBook.
Refund Policy
If you provide less than 24h notice, your deposit will be kept and a new one is to be paid for your next appointment. Refunds for Services and eBook Product will not be provided under any circumstance.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Mornington Beauty website, including the Product, is the intellectual property of Mornington Beauty and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content from this website without the prior written consent of Mornington Beauty.
Limitation of Liability
